Scott Fraser – Group Managing Director & Director of Global Operations
Scott is Zenith Tacticals Managing Director and founder of the Zenith Tactical Group and is also Director of Global Security. Scott leads the team and brings a vast and extensive professional security knowledge and background. Scott served 21 years with the Australian Army in line combat units and specialist training units and schools at the highest levels as an instructor. He has extensively studied Security Management, Security, Terrorism & Counter Terrorism with Australia’s best universities where he continues to study to keep abreast of developments in his chosen field. Scott is also a qualified Port Security Officer which he completed training through the Australian Maritime College. He has also consulted for a number of successful corporate security companies, Government, Private and Commercial enterprises as well as the Gas & Oil and currently contrated to the worlds largest Gold mining company in Africa. He was employed under contract for a major Ports Corporation assisting in implementing the new International Maritime Security Protocols and securing everything from Port assets to nuclear aircraft carriers. Scott leads a team of managers spanning all of the Zenith Tactical Groups divisions and is responsible for implementing innovative ideas and lateral thought processes to bring Zentac to the forefront of security and security risk management. Scott is our Director of Global Security.
Tausi Alekevu - Group Director Finance
Tausi is Zenith Tacticals Group Finance Manager his role is to ensure that all Group finances are in order, accountable and auditable. Tausi has a great deal of previous experience that includes being associated with companies such as Deloitte and Price Waterhouse. Tausi has an excellent working knowledge of office, business and financial security methods and generally accompanies the Group Managing Director during client liaisons. Tausi has studied accountancy at the Pacific Adventist University and is continuing his studies as a CPA at the Certified Practicing Accountants Institute of Papua New Guinea. He also is the lead accountant for a number of established business houses. Tausi is responsible to the Group Managing Director for all Zenith Tactical financial matters. Tausi along with Scott have at their disposal a professional administrative team committed to supporting our Group security management team.
Makea Tangaroa – Group Director Special Operations
Makea is Zenith Tacticals Group Director Special Operations and is renowned world over as the consummate professional in his craft. Having served close to 20 years with New Zealand’s Special Forces, where he served with distinction and completed his service as the Specialist Trainer for Special Forces units. Makea has extensive experience in the security, training and law enforcement sectors from both pragmatic hands-on roles, to providing high quality operational planning, management, training and assessment. Makea's roles within the military, corporate, operational management and now as a company director have provided him with opportunity to portray his proven natural leadership strengths in a variety of environments which also included active service. His attention to detail, professional demeanour, and ability to inspire individuals and teams has seen him lead and train his craft in all areas of the military, law enforcement, mining and security sectors all over the world.
